Spring Market and Classical Concert this weekend

It's the Spring market in Nyon on Saturday 28th, with lots going on in the centre of town. Shops are open until 18:00, there are stands in the street from a Morroccan souk selling couscous and mint tea and other specialities, to jazz bands to a second hand bike sale in the place du chateau (see post below). On Sunday there will be a mini Chopin festival of four concerts held in the Conservatoire of Nyon. The first begins at 14:30 and the festival will finish at 19:00 with a performance of  Sonata No 2 performed by Jean-Selim Abdelmoula, a former pupil of this renowned music school. See site for details.     Also on Sunday it's the monthly fleamarket along the lakeside.
