Did you know that the App “Too Good to Go” is operating at Paléo?
This App helps in the fight against food waste. Users of the App can search for, and buy unsold food at drastically reduced prices (at the end of the day of trading) from shops and restaurants all over the world, including certain stands at the Paléo festival.
Some of the stands participating at Paléo are: the Royaume Melazic, Street Gourmet, Thaï Curry’s, La Cave à Gougères, La Boucane, La Sourire de l’huître, Le Pays de la Tartflette, Le Canelet, Takoyaki, Phu Quoc, Koh Samet, Parpika, Turkish Gozleme, De l’Or Bokit, Mr Bred Alice even one of the Fish and Chips stands! and many more.
Just look on the map for L’Asse (the Paléo grounds) on the App (there is an English version). It is currently showing that food will be available for around 30 minutes (from some stands) from 01:30 onwards, and from others from 14:00 See article here (in French).
