The scaffolding has now come down in Rue du Collège, revealing “Ambrozie”, a cool café/bar/coffee shop that opened just a few months ago in Nyon, but only now has now been revealed in its full glory.
From the front, this bar/café looks small, but once inside, there is plenty of space and lots of seating for customers including a terrace for outdoor drinks, both at the front and back of the building.
Ambrozie serves everything from coffees to cocktails, a distinctive range of beers, including local Nyon beers, tea and more. Snacks of ciabattas are on offer including vegan small bites of empanadas. One of this coffee shop’s specialties is also CBD.
Since it opened the café has been offering DJ and live music nights, “apéro” concerts. Lara Fredericks, the friendly founder of this café/ bar speaks fluent English, go and say “Hi!”.
During the day there is a cool playlist to match the cool surroundings.
Ambrozie is open from 10:00 until midnight on Monday – Wednesday, Thursday until 01:00, Friday 10:00 – 02:00 and Saturday 12:00 -02:00 Closed on Sunday.
