Caribana starts today – Tickets still available for Thurs and Fri

The finishing touches were being put to the Caribana grounds yesterday for the music festival's opening today. Headlining tonight are ZZ Top and Swiss band the Love Bugs. Although tickets for tonight are now sold out, there are still tickets left for tomorrow (Travis and Chris Cornell) and Friday (Mad Con, Stress and UB 40) and other bands. This music festival is in a fabulous lake side setting and although it is smaller than its big sister Paléo, it has a great atmosphere and kicks off the summer season in style.
