Member Directory Terms and Conditions

How It Works

Submit Your Details: Complete the form below with all the required information about your business or service.
Approval Process: Our team will review your submission to ensure it meets our guidelines.
Payment Confirmation: Once your submission is approved, we’ll email you a link to set up your payment of 1'200 CHF per year.
Your business will then be added to the Member Directory, where locals can easily find you!

Membership and Fees

Membership in the directory costs 1'200 CHF per year, payable yearly in advance.
Fees are subject to review and adjustment, with prior notice provided to all members.

Eligibility

The Member Directory is open to businesses, services, and organizations operating in or relevant to the Nyon region.
Membership applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with Living In Nyon’s values and guidelines.

Content Guidelines

All information provided must be accurate, original, and free from copyrighted or inappropriate material.
Descriptions and images should reflect your business honestly and professionally.
Living In Nyon reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, consistency, or formatting.

Approval Process

Membership is not guaranteed until submissions have been reviewed and payments confirmed.
If a submission is declined, applicants will be informed and offered guidance on adjustments where appropriate.

Updates and Changes

Members are responsible for keeping their listings up to date. Update requests can be sent to livinginnyon@gmail.com
Living in Nyon reserves the right to make minor adjustments to listings to maintain quality and consistency.

Removal of Listings

Listings may be removed without notice if:

Payments are overdue.
Content no longer aligns with eligibility or content guidelines.
Listings are deemed outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
Members will be notified of removal and given an opportunity to address any issues where possible.

Language Requirement

Privacy

By joining the directory, you agree to allow Living In Nyon to display your business information publicly.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting your details and making payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Term and Termination

Membership begins on the date of signature.
Payment of 1'200 CHF must be made in advance, via the provided payment platform.
Invoices will be sent via email.
Payment is non-refundable once processed.
Membership is a 12-month commitment and will automatically renew each year.
Members may terminate their membership on their anniversary date by providing at least 30 days’ written notice in advance.
