Great to see the Quatuor Terpsycordes making an appearance in Nyon. The second violin, Raya Rayatcheva, was our son Theo's teacher at the Conservatoire Populaire in Geneva and we credit her intensive preparation for his success with his auditions in London at the Royal Academy, Royal Northern, Guildhall, Trinity and U. of Cambridge. She is a fantastic teacher and entered into this student's project with high spirits, rigour and follow-through.
